Red Velvet’s Irene showcases her performance queen aspect. On the 21st, SM Entertainment released a hint clip for Irene’s first solo mini album “Like A Flower” on Red Velvet’s official SNS. The video is about 2 minutes and 2 seconds long, containing parts of all the tracks, including the title track of the same name.

Illustrations with an emotional mood harmonize with the melody. Additional information about the new release was also revealed. Director Shim Jae-won was involved in the choreography for “Like A Flower.” He took charge as a production partner. This raised expectations for an epic stage.

Director Shim has worked with Red Velvet numerous times, creating synergy with tracks like “Be Natural” and “Dumb Dumb.” The focus was especially on the title track performance, highlighting Irene’s transformation and growth. The choreography is composed of soft yet intricate movements to add meaning. Meanwhile, Irene will release “Like A Flower” on the 26th.
