Incheon International Airport Achieves 4th Place in World's Best Airport Rankings
Incheon International Airport has ranked 4th in the world's best airport evaluation for 2025, announced by the UK-based Skytrax.
Skytrax, recognized for its global authority in aviation service quality assessments, selects the "Top 100 Airports in the World" rankings annually based on evaluations from airport passengers worldwide.

According to the results released on the 6th, Singapore Changi Airport secured the 1st place, followed by Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar at 2nd, and Tokyo Haneda Airport in Japan at 3rd.
Incheon International Airport is ranked 4th, while Narita International Airport in Tokyo is 5th, and Hong Kong International Airport and Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris are 6th and 7th, respectively.
Incheon Airport Wins 'World's Best Airport Staff Service Award'
Notably, Incheon International Airport achieved the remarkable feat of winning the 'World's Best Airport Staff Service Award' at this awards ceremony. It scored the highest rating among 570 airports globally, securing the top position, with Singapore Changi Airport in 2nd place, Hong Kong International Airport in 3rd, and Tokyo Haneda Airport and Narita Airport in 4th and 5th places, respectively.

The Best Airport Staff Service Award comprehensively evaluates the quality of service provided by staff across all areas of the airport.
Evaluation criteria include staff attitudes, friendliness, and work efficiency, with all service touchpoints that directly interact with passengers—including customer support and information counters, immigration and security checkpoints, shops, and food and beverage outlets—being assessed.
Meanwhile, at this Skytrax awards ceremony, Tokyo Haneda Airport was honored in the 'World's Cleanest Airport' category, Berlin Brandenburg Airport received recognition in the 'Most Improved Airport' category, Central Japan International Airport (Centrair) won in the 'Regional Airport' category, and Copenhagen Airport was awarded in the 'Airport Security' category.
