"Last Game for 45.6 Billion!"
The Netflix series 'Squid Game' Season 3 (written and directed by Hwang Dong-hyuk) unveiled its teaser poster, teaser trailer, and press stills on the 6th, hinting at a life-or-death final game.
First, the teaser poster features Gi-hun (played by Lee Jung-jae). He appears with a solemn expression, gazing into the distance, evoking anger at the loss of Jung-bae (played by Lee Seo-hwan) and other participants. Surrounding him are coffins adorned with pink ribbons, foreshadowing the fate of the Squid Game participants, who must risk their lives for a prize of 4.65 billion won.

The teaser trailer also heightened anticipation. Pink guards entered the accommodation carrying a coffin. Inside the coffin was Gi-hun, and as he opened his eyes, a different story began to unfold. The trailer teased games from Season 3, where participants randomly drew red and blue balls from a lottery machine. A maze-like setting further heightened curiosity.
It foreshadowed that the game was nearing its climax, as VIPs wearing masks, who did not appear in the previous installment, were seen gathering and preparing a feast, leaving viewers eager for the conclusion. Junho (played by Wi Ha-jun) has not given up yet; he was seen tracking the game venue along the coast. A scene of Noh-eul (played by Park Kyu-young) removing her mask and inspecting the game venue alone was also glimpsed.
At the end of the trailer, the sound of a baby crying was heard, reminiscent of Joon-hee (played by Jo Yu-ri), who was pregnant. This linked with his tearful appearance, raising further questions.

The press stills have also unveiled more. Gi-hun is seen captured and screaming by the guards. The Front Man (played by Lee Byung-hun) has returned, not as Player 001 Yeong-il, but as the overarching figure of Squid Game.
Other characters are facing new developments. Myung-ki (played by Im Si-wan), Dae-ho (played by Kang Ha-neul), Hyun-joo (played by Park Seong-hoon), Yong-sik (played by Yang Dong-geun), Geum-ja (played by Kang Ae-sim), and Min-soo (played by Lee Da-wit) are also featured. As the game progresses, participants confront increasingly greater fear and tension. It remains to be seen whether they can survive until the end despite the deteriorating circumstances.
'Squid Game' Season 3 is a sequel to 'Squid Game'. It tells the story of Gi-hun, who lost a close friend in the game, the identity-concealing Front Man, and the fates of the participants who survived in this environment. Meanwhile, 'Squid Game' Season 3 will premiere on the 27th of next month.
