'The Performance Queen' is making a comeback. Girls' Generation's Hyoyeon is releasing a new song.

SM Entertainment announced on the 24th, "Hyoyeon will deliver unparalleled energy with her new single album 'Retro Romance'."

'Retro Romance' is a funk pop genre, characterized by a groovy bass line. It contains themes of enjoying freedom away from everyday life.

It's been about 1 year and 1 month since Hyoyeon last released a solo song. Last August, she unveiled the single 'Picture', showcasing her captivating vocals.

The agency said, "Hyoyeon has proven her unique musical color and performance skills. Please look forward to the new side she'll show with the new song."

Meanwhile, Hyoyeon will release 'Retro Romance' on the 26th at 6 PM.
