Huh Kyung-young, arrested on charges of sexual assault, suddenly complains of ‘abdominal pain’ in detention.

Huh Kyung-young, while under investigation, complained of stomach pain and was sent to the hospital before returning to the detention center.

Huh Kyung-young, the honorary representative of the National Revolutionary Party, who has been detained on charges of quasi-forced molestation and fraud, was sent to the hospital after complaining of stomach pain in the detention center and has since returned.

According to police and fire authorities on the 19th, at approximately 1:43 a.m. on that day, Representative Huh, who was held in the detention center of the Uijeongbu Police Station in Gyeonggi Province, reported abdominal pain.

The police confirmed a hospital capable of providing treatment and transported Representative Huh to a nearby facility. Currently, it has been reported that Representative Huh has completed his treatment and returned to the detention center.

The police explained, "(Representative Huh) was transported to the hospital after complaining of pain, and there were no notable issues after the examination, so he has returned to the detention center."

Huh Kyung-young arrested on charges of sexually assaulting and defrauding followers.

On the 16th, the Uijeongbu District Court opened a pre-arrest interrogation of Representative Huh, who faces charges of embezzlement, fraud, violations of the Political Funds Act, and quasi-forced molestation, and issued a warrant, citing concerns about evidence destruction.

Previously, Representative Huh was accused of molesting female followers at his religious facility "Heaven's Palace" and selling spiritual products to congregants at prices higher than their cost.

In this regard, Representative Huh has denied all allegations, claiming, "The complainants (followers) filed complaints to extort money."
