A teenage high school student was caught illegally filming female fans at Psy's "Summer Swag" concert.
According to the Daejeon Seo Police Station on the 30th, high school student A (17) is under investigation for violation of the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes (using cameras for filming).
On the afternoon of the 28th, A visited a university campus in Doan-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon. He is accused of secretly filming parts of female spectators' bodies before the start of Psy’s "Summer Swag" concert.
A citizen witnessed A's crime and reported it to the on-site police officers who were managing security. The police found A and voluntarily escorted him to a nearby police station, where they confiscated his phone to secure evidence.
It is reported that the phone contained photos suspected of being secretly taken of female spectators. The police will conduct digital forensics on A's phone and investigate the details thoroughly.
