Actors Han Ji-min and Lee Jun-hyuk have met as arch-enemies. The drama presented an intriguing storyline from the first episode. SBS-TV’s ‘My Perfect Secretary’ (written by Ji Eun, directed by Ham Joon-ho and Kim Jae-hong) premiered on the 3rd.

According to Nielsen Korea, the first episode recorded a nationwide viewership rating of 5.2%. The new personas of the two actors offered fresh entertainment. Han Ji-min took on the role of the cold headhunter Kang Ji-yoon, while Lee Jun-hyuk played the role of a manager in an electronics company’s HR team.

In that day’s broadcast, the world of headhunting was unfolded. Ji-yoon endeavored to scout Peter Kwon (played by Lee Hee-jun), the first Asian chief designer of an F1 team. Through thorough analysis, she derived a strategy of “triggering his competitive spirit,” touching on his reality. As a result, he transitioned to become the general director of design at Korea Motors.

There was a twist. Although a perfectionist at work, everything else in Ji-yoon’s life was a mess. Ji-yoon was constantly in accidents and needed a secretary to take care of her. That was when Eun-ho appeared. Eun-ho was a skillful all-rounder who already possessed excellent organizational skills, domestic abilities, aesthetic sense, and cooking skills.

However, their first meeting did not go well. Their objectives were different. They clashed over the transfer of Team Leader Yang. Eun-ho changed his mind, but he was wrongfully dismissed due to a false charge.

Towards the end of the broadcast, an unexpected reunion occurred. Ji-yoon had Eun-ho as her new secretary. They showed different reactions. Ji-yoon was taken aback, while Eun-ho greeted her with a bright smile.

Meanwhile, ‘My Perfect Secretary’ is a tight-knit care romance. It is the story of a headhunting company CEO who is only good at work and a secretary who is perfect in ‘everything’, feeling excitement.
