Actor Ha Jung-woo showcases intense charisma. On the 7th, the film “Broken” (directed by Kim Jin-whang) released two character stills featuring Ha Jung-woo in the role of Mintae. He presented a raw look.

“Broken” is a crime pursuit drama centered around Mintae, who seeks to uncover the truth about his brother’s death, his missing sister-in-law, and a best-selling novel on the fateful night.

The stills convey Ha Jung-woo’s (as Mintae) sense of anger. You can feel tension and determination in his eyes. Fueled by the loss of his only blood relative, his vengefulness ablaze.

He is depicted in a neat suit, holding a steel pipe in his hand, subduing a mysterious man with a furious expression. His charisma raises expectations for the film.

Ha Jung-woo described his character, saying, “Mintae is incredibly fearless and has nothing to lose. After the death of his only brother, I could relate to his actions, choices, and anger.”

He added, “His journey was interesting, and I tried to portray him as unfiltered as possible, expressing what I felt moment by moment.” A representative remarked, “Following ‘The Chaser’ and ‘The Yellow Sea,’ Ha Jung-woo once again presents his raw face, delivering a rough and weighty performance,” urging anticipation. Meanwhile, “Broken” will be released on the 5th of next month.
