'Bloody Game' returns with Season 3, promising a larger scale. WAVVE announced on the 21st that 'Bloody Game Season 3' (hereafter referred to as 'Bloody Game 3') is scheduled for release in the latter half of the year. They revealed that "'Bloody Game' has been upgraded."
The first lineup has been revealed. Winners from 'The Genius' series will participate. Comedian Jang Dong-min and former pro-gamer and broadcaster Hong Jin-ho will join the game. Announcer Kim Kyung-ran and lawyer Lim Hyun-seo will also take on the survival challenge. Rapper Seo Chul-gu and 'Society Game 1' runner-up MJ Kim have thrown their hats into the ring as well.
YouTuber Yurisa, who participated in 'Bloody Game Season 2', will once again join the survival contest. PD-turned-participant Joo Eun-kyu, known for his role in 'The Time Hotel', is set to make an appearance.
The production team stated, "We've gathered players who had outstanding performances in survival shows. We have prepared a more diverse set of challenges for the money competition." They hinted at the determination needed to emerge as the ultimate survivor, urging viewers to "watch and see who will survive to the end, by any means necessary."
Meanwhile, 'Bloody Game' is an intelligence-based survival entertainment show. The first episode of Season 3 is set to premiere next month.
