G-Dragon to perform at ‘Gayo Daejeon’ after 8 years… Set to dominate year-end stage with ‘POWER’

Singer G-Dragon returns to the ‘Music Festival’ after 7 years. On the 11th, SBS-TV unveiled the final lineup for the ‘2024 SBS Music Festival’. The most eye-catching name was G-Dragon. His appearance was announced in striking green typography at the bottom of the lineup poster.

It marks his appearance on the ‘Music Festival’ after 8 years, having last appeared on this stage in 2016. This year, he will attend his second music awards show following the ‘2024 MAMA Awards’. Fans are eagerly anticipating G-Dragon’s performance, fueled by his recent hit songs “Power” and “Home Sweet Home”.

He recently completed a joint stage with BIGBANG’s Taeyang and Daesung at the ‘MAMA Awards’. A total of 29 teams have been confirmed to appear at this year’s ‘Music Festival’, including G-Dragon, Key, 2NE1, NCT 127, NCT Dream, Stray Kids, (G)I-DLE, ATEEZ, WayV, and ITZY. Additionally, Tomorrow X Together, Lee Young-ji, aespa, ENHYPEN, IVE, NMIXX, LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans, ZEROBASEONE, RIIZE, TO1, NCT U, and IVE are also joining.

The ‘Music Festival’ is an annual year-end event held during the Christmas season, featuring top K-pop artists who have set the year ablaze. It has established itself as the largest Christmas festival. The ‘Music Festival’ will be held on the 25th at Incheon Yeongjongdo Inspire Arena and will be broadcast live on SBS.
