2NE1 has reunited as a full group after about 10 years and 6 months, heating up the stage for their 15th debut anniversary.
2NE1 held their solo concert ‘WELCOME BACK IN SEOUL’ from the 4th to the 6th at the Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
They filled the 155 minutes with many hit songs, passionately performing ‘Come Back Home’, ‘Fire’, ‘Clap Your Hands’, ‘Lonely’, and ‘I Am the Best’.
Fellow artists cheered for their reunion. ‘BIGBANG’ G-Dragon and Daesung, ‘WINNER’ Lee Seung-hoon, ‘BLACKPINK’ Jennie, NewJeans, Gummy, and Jung Yong-hwa attended.
Congratulations videos added heat to the concert. IU, IVE, TWICE, aespa, Stray Kids, (G)I-DLE, and BOYNEXTDOOR celebrated their 15th anniversary.
YG Entertainment’s rookie girl group BABYMONSTER participated as special guests.
They delivered 2NE1’s hit songs in an a cappella live on the performances on the 5th and 6th.
2NE1 said, “We are happy to gather here to celebrate our 15th anniversary at the place of our first concert,” and added, “It’s like a dream to find Blackjack (fan club name) again,” with teary eyes.
They continued, “Our lives have always been with our fans. We will show our gratitude through this performance,” adding “Thank you for always staying by our side.”
Meanwhile, 2NE1 will meet fans worldwide starting with the Seoul concert. On the 16th of next month, they will continue their tour in Manila.
