Error in Announcement of Public Labor Attorney Exam Passers
A confusion in the list of passers occurred due to a computer error during the 34th Public Labor Attorney first-round exam conducted by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.
It has been confirmed that among the originally announced 5,059 passers, 5 individuals were incorrectly marked as passers despite actually being absent for the second session.
Error in Passer Processing

On the 26th, the Human Resources Development Service announced via the Q-net Public Labor Attorney website that "the number of passers for the 34th Public Labor Attorney first-round exam has been corrected from the original 5,059 to 5,054."
They further explained, "There was a change in passing status for the 5 individuals who were absent for the second session, but there are no other changes in the passing status of other candidates."
Reason for Error Discovery and Follow-up Actions
This error was discovered following a complaint regarding inconsistencies in the list of passers.

After receiving the complaint, the Human Resources Development Service confirmed the computer error during the inspection process and informed the 5 affected candidates about the cancellation of their passing status on the morning of the 26th.
The Human Resources Development Service expressed their apologies, stating, "We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused to the candidates and will thoroughly check our processes at each stage leading to the final third-round exam to prevent further errors."
They also expressed their commitment to ensuring that the upcoming second and third-round exams will proceed without issues.
