‘Tomorrow X Together’ member Yeonjun is set to support his junior girl group. KATSEYE announced on their official SNS on the 10th that they will release a remake of “Touch,” one of the double title tracks from their debut album “SIS” (Soft Is Strong). Yeonjun participated as a featuring artist, reinterpreting “Touch” with KATSEYE. The release is scheduled for 9 PM on the 10th (PST) and 12 PM on the 11th (EST).
The KATSEYE team expressed, “We are pleased to announce the collaboration with Yeonjun,” adding, “Yeonjun wrote the verse himself. Please look forward to a unique version of ‘Touch’ that he has penned.”
“Touch” is a pop song with a lively melody, featuring a catchy repetition of the word ‘touch’ in the chorus. The song gained popularity by blending with the unique vocal tones of the members. It is performing well on the U.S. Billboard charts, ranking 108th on the latest ‘Global 200’ chart (as of the 5th) and holding 75th position on the ‘Global (excluding U.S.)’ chart.
KATSEYE is a global girl group created in collaboration with HYBE and Geffen Records, formed through the survival audition project ‘The Debut: Dream Academy’.
