“Everything Alive is a Miracle”… Oh Jung-se’s Final Thoughts on ‘Bumpy Family’

Actor Oh Jung-se has bid farewell to Kang Kang-soo from 'Ask the Stars.'

Oh Jung-se appeared in tvN's 'Ask the Stars' (written by Seo Sook-hyang, directed by Park Shin-woo), which concluded on the 23rd. He portrayed Kang Soo, a character with an exceptional intellect.

He played a pivotal role in the storyline, engrossed in in vitro fertilization and competing with Gong Ryong (played by Lee Min-ho). He also depicted unrequited love for Cho Hye-eun (played by Han Ji-eun).

He showcased a high level of character synchronization, detailing Kang Soo's personality and appearance with sharp eyes, expressions, a decisive tone, and sunglasses.

Oh Jung-se expressed, "I am grateful to the staff and fellow actors who embarked on this long and arduous journey with me. It was a project where I challenged myself and learned a lot."

He continued, "Kang Soo was a character who had everything except the person he loved," adding, "Thank you for supporting his unrequited love to the end."

He included a hopeful message, saying, "Everything alive is a miracle. I dream of a world where we all love and care for one another."

Meanwhile, Oh Jung-se is set to appear in the upcoming Netflix series 'Scorching Heat' and JTBC's 'Good Boy.' He also starred in Disney+'s 'Polaris.'
