Online bookstore Yes24 has faced system outages, affecting not only customers but also the entertainment industry. Yes24 has been inaccessible due to a system malfunction since the 9th. As of the 10th, the issue has yet to be resolved. The company released an official statement to update the situation.

Yes24 stated, "The access errors were caused by a malfunction due to ransomware. We are currently in the process of restoration," and added, "No evidence of personal information leakage has been confirmed. We will diligently cooperate with the investigation by relevant authorities." They further expressed, "We sincerely apologize for the delay in providing detailed explanations due to the urgent restoration process. We are preparing specific compensation plans for all members. We are sorry for the concern caused."

The disruption also affected Yes24's ticketing site, 'Yes24 Ticket.' ENHYPEN canceled their offline fan sign event scheduled to celebrate the release of their 6th mini-album, 'Dilemma: Unleashed.' They announced, "We planned to conduct the fan sign lottery from 11 PM on the 7th to 11:59 PM on the 9th. However, due to the system malfunction at Yes24, the lottery has been canceled."

ATEEZ postponed their additional ticket sales for the world tour 'In Your Fantasy in Incheon.' Actor Park Bo-gum also delayed the pre-sale confirmation schedule for his fan meeting tour 'Be With You' in Seoul.
