ENHYPEN is set to pre-release a new song ahead of their comeback in Japan.
On the 1st, ENHYPEN announced through their social media, "We will pre-release the title track 'Shine On Me' ahead of the release of our fourth Japanese single 'YOI' (宵, YOI)."
'Shine On Me' is a J-Pop ballad that encapsulates the emotions of mid-summer. The impressive band sound paired with a melodically rich emotional line reflects seasonal characteristics.
This song has been selected as the ending theme for the Nihon TV series CTV Wednesday drama "I Want to Catch a Bream." A preview video featuring a portion of the song has been released.
'YOI' is a single that expresses desire and instinct towards a loved one. In addition to 'Shine On Me,' the Japanese version of the title track from their sixth mini album 'Echoes' is included.
ENHYPEN also has stadium performances coming up. They will hold solo concerts on May 5-6 at Tokyo's Ajinomoto Stadium, and on June 2-3 at Osaka's Yanmar Stadium Nagai.
They will become the quickest overseas artists to enter a local stadium after debuting, achieving this feat in just 4 years and 7 months. These performances are part of their tour 'WALK THE LINE,' where they will engage with fans.
Meanwhile, ENHYPEN has entered the American Billboard main chart 'Billboard 200' at 62nd place (as of the 5th) with their sixth mini album 'DESIRE: UNLEASH.'
