DAY6 has hinted at an intense band sound.
On the 1st, DAY6 released the second teaser for the music video of their new mini-album 'Band Aid' title track 'Melting Away' on their official SNS, heightening the comeback anticipation.
The members performed on a sparkling stage. It transitioned to wide rivers and fields. They enjoyed happiness against the vast natural backdrop, playing instruments and running freely.
Parts of the new song could also be heard. The thrilling band sound was captivating. The part "Melting away uncontrollably" played, stimulating anticipation.
'Melting Away' is a healing song. Young K wrote the lyrics. The sound is impressive with various drum beats and dramatic chord progressions based on a melodic punk sound. It is a healing song.
The album includes a total of 8 tracks: 'Monster,' 'She Smiled,' 'Game Over,' 'Help Me Rock and Roll,' 'Counter,' 'I'm Fine,' 'Still Living There,' and more.
All the members participated in the new album's song production. Composer Hong Ji-sang added musical synergy. The label hinted, "DAY6 will deliver healing energy with their new album."
They are also set for their 3rd world tour. From September 20-22, they will hold a solo concert at Inspire Arena in Jung-gu, Incheon, opening the 'FOREVER YOUNG' tour.
Their solo shows at home and abroad have all sold out. All seats, around 40,000, for the Incheon concert are sold out, showcasing their overwhelming ticket power.
The tour will cover 32 shows in 26 locations worldwide. They will visit Kuala Lumpur on October 5, Bali on the 13th, Surabaya on the 16th, Jakarta on the 19th, Singapore on November 22, and Bangkok on the 30th.
DAY6 will continue the enthusiasm into next year, visiting Hong Kong on January 26, 2025, Osaka on February 12-13, Tokyo on the 15-16, and Manila on the 22nd, interacting closely with local fans.
