JYP Entertainment has promised refunds to some attendees of the Day6 fan meeting.

On the 23rd, JYP Entertainment stated on their official website, "We apologize to the audience members who experienced inconvenience due to excessive identity verification procedures during the entry process for the Day6 concert."

The refunds will be available to those who purchased tickets for fan meetings 1 to 3 and were unable to enter due to the excessive verification process. The application for compensation can be made through YES24 within the designated period.

However, tickets that have been transferred to others are excluded from the refund policy. The agency stated, "Tickets confirmed as not belonging to the individual after verification on-site cannot be refunded."

Day6 held their fourth fan meeting, 'Dear 10: All My Days,' from the 18th to the 20th at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Songpa, Seoul. The agency outsourced the entry management to a third party.

During this process, some fans faced difficulties. Posts on social media reported "Fans who purchased tickets under family or friends' names were unable to enter. Minors were also denied entry due to not having a youth identification certificate."

A representative from the agency concluded, "We apologize for the discomfort and concern caused to our audience members. We recognize the seriousness and issues at hand and will work to prevent a recurrence."

Meanwhile, Day6 will continue their fan meetings at the same venue from the 25th to the 27th.
