Seoul City Prepares for Full-scale Response to Presidential Impeachment Ruling
With the date for the presidential impeachment verdict set for the 4th, Seoul City has embarked on thorough preparations to ensure citizen safety.
On the 2nd, Mayor Oh Se-hoon presided over a 'Safety Measures Meeting for the Impeachment Rally' at the Seoul City Hall Planning Situation Room, conducting a final review of safety management plans in collaboration with local governments, fire services, and police.

Seoul City plans to deploy a maximum of 2,400 response personnel each day, from the day before the ruling until the day after, to key subway stations and areas with dense crowds to focus on citizen safety.
The response will particularly concentrate on major stations such as Anguk Station, Gwanghwamun Station, City Hall Station, Hangangjin Station, and Yeouido Station.
Additionally, to prevent overcrowding in Yeouido, the start date of the 'Yeouido Spring Flower Festival' has been postponed from the 4th to the 8th in coordination with the Yeongdeungpo District Office.

Starting today, the entrance at Anguk Station, which is close to the Constitutional Court, will be closed, and on the day of the ruling, there will be non-stop passage throughout the day.
Furthermore, to prepare for a potential surge in patients, on-site medical clinics will be set up at Anguk, Cheonggye Plaza, Hannam-dong, and Yeouidodaero, with doctors, medical staff, and ambulances deployed to address any emergency situations.
