JTBC's 'Project 7' group 'Close Your Eyes' warned about contract violations by some members' agencies.

On the 10th, Encore stated, "All participants were fully aware that if selected as final members of the project group, they could not engage in activities outside the group without prior approval."

However, violations of the contract terms have occurred. "Certain agencies have pushed for the members' participation in domestic and international events. Furthermore, they are unilaterally claiming to carry out individual group activities alongside 'Close Your Eyes' activities," it pointed out.

Encore added that "the specific agency pressured the artists to participate in activities at the last minute without prior communication," expressing concern about them mentioning the responsibility for non-compliance.

Legal action has been forewarned. "The group 'Project 7' was created 100% by fans. Significant investments and efforts by the production team were involved. We will not overlook the selfish actions of certain agencies that undermine these efforts," they emphasized.

Encore warned sternly that the agency's obstructive activities constitute contract violations and unfair competition, and they will pursue all legal measures.

'Close Your Eyes' was formed through 'Project 7'. The debut lineup includes Majing Xiang, Sakurada Kenshin, Jeon Min-wook, Seo Kyung-bae, Song Seung-ho, Jang Yeo-jun, and Kim Sung-min. They are preparing for their debut.
