Exy (real name Choo So-jung) of 'WJSN' has confirmed her appearance in a drama.

King Kong by Starship announced on the 23rd, "Choo So-jung has confirmed a special appearance in Channel A's new weekend drama 'MarryYOU' and we ask for your interest."

'MarryYOU' is a comic family drama. It features Bbaekcheol-hee (played by Lee Yi-kyung), an island bachelor whose goal in life is marriage, and Jung Ha-na (played by Jo Soo-min), a civil servant who doesn't want to get married.

Choo So-jung will play the role of Cha Min-ji, Bbaekcheol-hee's blind date. She seeks out the Marriage Incentive Team to find a good match, hinting at an unusual chemistry.

The first teaser of the drama has also been released. Choo So-jung captured attention with her brief appearance, showcasing a range of expressions from eyes full of excitement to awkward smiles.

Previously, Choo So-jung demonstrated delicate emotional acting in JTBC's drama 'IDOL: The Coup'. In the movie 'Urban Myths' (directed by Hong Won-ki), she left a strong impression.

She has also confirmed roles in the movie 'Twenty Hacker' (directed by Uh Il-seon) and the drama 'Heosikdang.' A representative explained, "She is continuing her steady path as an actress."

Meanwhile, 'MarryYOU' will premiere this November. The cast includes Choo So-jung, Lee Yi-kyung, Jo Soo-min, Koo Jun-hoe, and Ji Yi-soo.
