Singer and actress Choi Yoo-jung is challenging her first ceremonial pitch.

Choi Yoo-jung will participate as the ceremonial pitcher for the game between the Kiwoom Heroes and the Lotte Giants on the 3rd of this month, at 2 PM, at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul.

This will be her first pitch. She previously entered Jamsil Stadium as a ceremonial batter for the Doosan Bears in 2018. This time, she has been invited by Kiwoom to aim for victory.

She expressed, "I’m really grateful for the invitation. It's my first time doing a ceremonial pitch, so I’m nervous, but I’m practicing to show a good performance, so I hope everyone enjoys it together."

Her agency anticipated that "Choi Yoo-jung's bright and healthy energy will bring both a spirit of victory and special memories to the fans and players present at the venue."

Meanwhile, Choi Yoo-jung is actively engaged in various areas. She is currently starring in the recently opened musical '42nd Street'.
