Former President Yoon Suk-yeol's First Meal After Re-Arrest
Former President Yoon Suk-yeol has been re-arrested on charges of obstruction of the exercise of authority, and the meal plan at the Seoul Detention Center where he is being held has once again garnered attention.
According to the Seoul Detention Center on the 10th, the breakfast menu consisted of mini cheese bread, steamed potatoes, salt, mixed nuts, and processed milk.

It is expected that former President Yoon had the aforementioned breakfast for his first meal in the detention center after his arrest was decided early that morning.
Lunch and Dinner Menu Revealed
Former President Yoon was also arrested and detained at the Seoul Detention Center on January 15. At that time, the news of a sitting president's detention grabbed significant attention from both domestic and international media, and his meal plan at the detention center became a topic of discussion. As a result, the meal plan remains under scrutiny even now.
For lunch, he was served fermented soybean paste stew, steamed eggs, cucumber and onion salad, and napa cabbage kimchi. This menu includes dishes that are known to be among former President Yoon’s favorites.

For dinner, the menu consisted of soybean sprout soup, spicy marinated pork, chili peppers, sesame sauce, and napa cabbage kimchi. Given that the Seoul Detention Center typically does not serve meat-heavy meals, this dinner can be considered quite unique.
Special Prosecutors: "Concern Over Recidivism"… Defense Team: "Unjustified Arrest"
Previously, the Special Investigation Team for the Insurrection indicated five counts of criminal acts in the arrest warrant application for former President Yoon, including obstruction of the exercise of authority.
The prosecutors judged that the evidence sufficiently substantiated the allegations and, considering the severity of the offenses and the risk of reoffending, deemed detention unavoidable. Conversely, the defense team argued that "there is no objective evidence, and legally it does not constitute a crime," asserting that the warrant application was unjustified.

However, Chief Judge Nam Se-jin of the Seoul Central District Court sided with the prosecutors.
Judge Nam stated, "There is a concern about the possibility of evidence destruction," and issued the arrest warrant for former President Yoon. Consequently, he was re-detained at the Seoul Detention Center, having been released only 124 days prior on March 8.
