Chanyeol releases ‘Black Out’… No. 1 in 51 countries on iTunes

Chanyeol of 'EXO' has proven his unwavering global popularity.

Chanyeol released his first solo album 'Black Out' on the 28th. According to the latest iTunes chart (as of the 28th), the new album topped the worldwide album chart.

The album reached number one on iTunes top album charts in 51 regions/countries worldwide, including France, Spain, Singapore, Mexico, Russia, Vietnam, Chile, Taiwan, India, Peru, and Jordan.

It also swept the major domestic and international music charts. 'Black Out' ranked first on the Hanteo Chart daily ranking. It also topped the digital album sales chart on China's QQ Music immediately after its release.

This is the first time Chanyeol has released a solo album, 12 years after his debut. The album consists of six tracks in total, including various genres and the title track of the same name.

Meanwhile, Chanyeol will appear on Mnet's 'M Countdown' on the 29th, where he will perform 'Black Out.'
