
Actor Cha Joo-young exuded the elegance of a queen. The production team of tvN and TVING's new drama 'Won-gyeong' (written by Lee Young-mi, directed by Kim Sang-ho) revealed character stills on the 6th. Queen Won-gyeong, played by Cha Joo-young, has unveiled her veil.

Cha Joo-young's transformation in acting is anticipated. She breathes life into the drama as the wife of Taejong Lee Bang-won, played by Lee Hyun-wook, and as a partner dreaming of a new world.

'Won-gyeong' is a historical drama set in the Joseon Dynasty. It portrays the intense hidden stories between a king and queen, husband and wife, centered around Queen Won-gyeong. Cha Joo-young takes on the role of Queen Won-gyeong, who hails from the most prestigious aristocratic family of Goryeo. She assists her husband in grasping royal power but faces turbulent changes.
Lee Hyun-wook takes on the role of Lee Bang-won, sharing a love-hate relationship with Won-gyeong. The drama unfolds their pink-hued love, heartbreaking betrayals, and sharp conflicts. Meanwhile, 'Won-gyeong' premieres at 8:50 PM on tvN. The first two episodes are pre-released through TVING.
