"I will never forget Sun-jae for the rest of my life." (Byun Woo-seok)

Actor Byun Woo-seok has completed his first Asia fan meeting tour. On the 28th and 29th of last month, he concluded the '2024 Byun Woo-seok Asia Fan Meeting Tour: Summer Letter' at Tokyo Musashino Forest Sport Plaza.

Over the past four months, he has embarked on an Asia tour, thanks to the phenomenal popularity of tvN's 'Run Away with Sun-jae'. He visited cities such as Taipei, Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, Singapore, Seoul, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.

He held a total of 12 performances in 8 cities, all of which were sold out. The audience prepared support videos, slogans, and sing-along events.

Byun Woo-seok showcased his versatile charm. He passionately sang OSTs from 'Run Away with Sun-jae' including 'Love Holic', 'I Guess So', and 'Shower'. He also presented special stages like 'I'll Be There' and 'Stay With Me'.

Adding to the fun with various missions tailored to each region, he meticulously communicated with fans through interactive segments. He even went down to the audience to greet them personally.

As he wrapped up the long journey, he opened up by saying, "The performance title is 'Summer Letter', but the weather was cool yesterday before the last show. It felt like the end of summer, and I liked it."

He continued, "I was really happy and grateful to share that moment with you," and expressed his gratitude, "Thank you to everyone who loved the character Sun-jae. I also will never forget Sun-jae."

He shared his thoughts, "Even as I get older, I think I'll occasionally take out (Sun-jae). That's how precious a friend he is to me, and I consider him as part of me."
