Earlier, the Special Prosecutor conducted a search and seizure of former Minister Lee's residence on the 17th, followed by questioning him as a suspect for over 18 hours on the 25th.

Currently, the Special Prosecutor suspects that on the day the state of emergency was declared on December 3rd, former Minister Lee directly received orders from former President Yoon Suk-yeol regarding power and water cut-offs to media outlets, and made calls to Fire Chief Heo Seok-gon and others to carry out these orders.
