Positive Drug Test and Lee Kyung-kyu's Explanation

On the day of the incident, police conducted an investigation of Lee Kyung-kyu and performed a breathalyzer test, which returned a negative result. However, a preliminary drug test showed a positive response. It has since been reported that the National Forensic Service also communicated a positive result to the police.
In response, Lee Kyung-kyu has consistently denied the related charges, stating that he was only taking prescription medication for panic disorder.
After appearing at the police station on the 24th, Lee Kyung-kyu was questioned for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon completing the questioning, he clarified, "I didn't realize that I shouldn't drive when taking medication for panic disorder."
He also added, "I believe it would be wise to refrain from driving if there are such types of medications in the future."
Regarding driving another person's vehicle, Lee Kyung-kyu's lawyer explained, "The keys were left inside the vehicle, so the doors opened automatically and the engine started."
