During the warrant hearing, the Special Prosecutor's team prepared a 178-page PowerPoint (PPT) presentation to emphasize the necessity of arrest. The team included Deputy Special Prosecutor Park Eok-soo, along with senior prosecutors Kim Jeong-guk and Jo Jae-cheol, and seven other prosecutors.
In the hearing, the Special Prosecutor’s team presented accusations including obstruction of the execution of arrest warrants, interference with deliberations and decisions of cabinet members, drafting post hoc martial law proclamations, deleting information from encrypted phones, and disseminating false public announcements related to martial law, requesting the re-arrest of former President Yoon. They also pointed out that the leak of the arrest warrant by former President Yoon's side could significantly influence the investigations of relevant parties, raising concerns over evidence destruction.

Additionally, the Special Prosecutor’s team submitted an extra opinion document of over 300 pages. This document reportedly contained a request to secure former President Yoon's custody for additional investigations on charges, including foreign exchange violations, besides those explicitly stated in the arrest warrant.
