Brannew Music is mourning the late Lee Min (real name Lee Min-young, 46). All activities, including album releases and social media operations of their artists, have been put on hold.
On the 7th, Brannew Music announced on their official social media, "With deep sorrow regarding the sudden news, we will temporarily suspend our official social media operations as a sign of mourning."
They have also adjusted their official schedule, stating, "We have decided to postpone the music release that was scheduled for the 7th," adding, "The updated schedule will be announced later."
The agency expressed their condolences for the deceased, stating, "All staff members are in great shock and sorrow. We express our deepest condolences for this heartbreaking news."
The late Lee Min's memorial service will be held in Room 2 of the Bundang Jesaeng Hospital Funeral Hall on the morning of the 7th. The burial is scheduled for 5:30 AM on the 9th at Yongin Peaceful Forest.
Lee Min was found dead at her home on the 5th. Her husband discovered her upon returning home and reported it. The police are currently investigating the circumstances of her death.
As One member Krystal is also rushing back from the U.S. 'SES' Yujin, 'Shinhwa' Kim Dong-wan, Park Hyo-shin, and Moon Se-yoon have sent wreaths to mourn the deceased.
Lee Min debuted as part of As One in 1999 and got married to a Korean-American in 2013. She was actively promoting and released a new single "Congratulations on Your Birthday" in June.
