BLACKPINK is making a full comeback.
Yang Hyun-suk, the general producer of YG Entertainment, announced on the 22nd through the official blog that BLACKPINK will resume group activities. They are preparing for a comeback next year.
He stated, "Many artists will be active next year," and hinted, "The most anticipated comeback of BLACKPINK will happen."
Last year, BLACKPINK re-signed with YG solely for group activities. Jennie, Jisoo, and Lisa established their own individual agencies. Rosé moved to The Black Label.
Their last album as a complete group was their second full-length album 'BORN PINK,' released in September 2022. Specific dates for the comeback will be announced later.
Next year, they will also embark on a world tour. Producer Yang announced, “2025 will be the year when BLACKPINK’s world tour begins,” revealing plans for a new concert.
Following their second world tour ‘BORN PINK,’ which concluded last year, they will meet fans worldwide again. 'BORN PINK' was held in 34 cities with a total of 66 performances over approximately one year.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK will hold a private fan signing event on the 8th of next month to celebrate the 8th anniversary of their debut.
