San of 'ATEEZ' clarified allegations of racism at a luxury clothing brand fashion show he recently attended.

On the morning of the 8th, San conducted a live broadcast via his SNS. He communicated with his fans and shared behind-the-scenes details of the 'Dolce & Gabbana' fashion show held in Milan, Italy.

He began by saying, "I recently went to the fashion show, and it was so much fun. Everyone there was so nice to me, so I had a great time."

He also shared an episode: "Grandpa Dolce (Domenico Dolce) told me over dinner, 'Italy loves you.' He reminded me of my own grandpa."

San addressed the racism controversy, clarifying it as a misunderstanding. "I'm sad because there seem to be so many misunderstandings. None of that happened," he emphasized.

He added, "I brought back unforgettable memories and wanted to clarify to avoid misunderstandings. Absolutely nothing happened. No misunderstandings, please."

Earlier, San attended the Dolce & Gabbana show held on the 2nd in Nora, Sardinia, Italy. However, allegations of racism surfaced on various online communities.

Critics argued that San was the only one wearing a difficult-to-wear outfit, suggesting that only East Asians were provided with genderless looks. Pictures of him sitting squeezed between people without a cushion also surfaced.

Regarding the attire, he explained, "It was my favorite among the 10 outfits prepared by the brand. It was an opportunity to showcase various looks. I wanted to challenge myself considering the show's identity."

He also clarified the cushion controversy: "I sat like that myself. The person next to me was quite large, and so am I. Sitting in a tight spot, I felt a bit apologetic, so I leaned forward slightly."

San reiterated, "Grandpa Dolce told me over dinner, 'Italy loves you,' which reminded me of my own grandpa."

Finally, he said, "Being a Korean and a member of ATEEZ, I received so much love that it boosted my confidence. I felt very loved."

He added, "It was really nothing. I had a lot of fun. If anyone around you has any misunderstandings, please explain it well to them. I ask for your understanding."
