ATEEZ continues their global activities. All members have re-signed their contracts.
KQ Entertainment announced on the 10th, "We have completed a 7-year re-contract with all 8 members of ATEEZ," and expressed, "We are happy to continue our relationship based on the trust built over the past 7 years."
They have also excited fans for future activities, promising, "We will provide full support so that each member can showcase their talents and move on to bigger and broader stages."
Previously, during a press conference to celebrate the release of their mini album "GOLDEN HOUR: Part.3" last month, they mentioned the possibility of re-signing.
Hongjoong hinted at the re-contracting by saying, "We have been thinking a lot about how to show ATEEZ over a long period of time, and we will have good news to share soon."
The agency confirmed, "We are finally able to announce the news of all members re-signing," and urged fans to look forward to ATEEZ's "top-class" activities on a global stage.
ATEEZ debuted in October 2018 with their first mini album "TREASURE EP.1: All To Zero," gaining attention for their powerful performances.
They then ventured into the North American market, with their 7th mini album "ZERO: FEVER Part.3" being the first to enter the Billboard 200 main album chart in the U.S.
Continuing to achieve results on a global scale, they topped this chart with their second full album "THE WORLD EP FIN: WILL."
Their 11th mini album "GOLDEN HOUR: Part 2" marked their second number one. The title track of their 12th mini album, "Lemon Drop," also made an impact on the main song chart, the Hot 100.
They have performed at international festivals as well. ATEEZ appeared at the "Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival" last year, becoming the first K-pop boy group to perform on that stage.
Meanwhile, ATEEZ will release their mini album "GOLDEN HOUR: Part 3 – In Your Fantasy Edition" on the 11th at 1 PM, alongside a world tour.
