'Oh My Girl' Arin walks the pink carpet at Cannes.

WM Entertainment announced, "Arin has been officially invited to the long feature competition section of the 'Cannes International Series Festival' with her starring role in the drama 'S-Line'."

Arin will attend as the leading actor. A representative explained, "'S-Line' will compete with feature-length candidates from around the world at the closing ceremony on the 29th (local time)."

Arin expressed, "I am honored to be invited to such a meaningful and grateful event. I feel overwhelmed," adding, "This is the precious work of the director, seniors, fellow actors, and staff."

She continued, "I hope that this year, starting with the Cannes International Series Festival, good energy and good things will happen for 'S-Line,'" and expressed her gratitude.

The Cannes Series is a festival aimed at content that combines popularity and artistic value among drama series worldwide. It will be held in Cannes, France, from the 24th to the 29th.

'S-Line' is based on a webtoon. The story unfolds as a red line (S-Line) appears over people's heads, connecting those who have had sexual relationships regardless of location.

Arin plays the role of 'Hyun Hee', a high school student who can see the S-Line since birth. A representative shared, "She shows a 180-degree transformation from her appearance to her dark inner self."

Arin has steadily built her filmography by appearing in dramas such as 'Alchemy of Souls', 'Opening 2023 – Summer, Love Machine Blues', 'My Boyfriend is a Baby', and the movie 'Mad Dance Office'.

As a member of Oh My Girl, she also celebrates her 10th debut anniversary. She will release a special single 'Oh My' on April 9 and hold a solo concert titled 'Milky Way' on April 19-20.

Meanwhile, 'S-Line' is set to be released domestically this year.
