According to the latest Billboard count as of the 12th, Ailett has entered the main album chart 'Billboard 200' at number 171 with their mini album 'Night' (bomb). This marks the third consecutive album to chart, with their mini album debut 'Super Real Me' at 93 and mini album two 'I Like You' at 94.
They have also appeared on sub-charts, with 'Night' claiming the 8th spot on 'Top Current Album Sales'. It ranked 10th on 'Top Album Sales' and 25th on the 'World Albums' chart.
The title track 'Borrowed Cat (Do the Dance)' is gaining popularity, having entered the 'Global 200' and 'Global (excluding the US)' rankings for two consecutive weeks. Thanks to their strong performance on both main and sub-charts, Ailett has secured the top position on the 'Emerging Artists' chart, being recognized as a notable global rookie artist.
'Borrowed Cat' is a French house genre song that captures the excitement of a first date. It gained attention for its unique lyrics, such as 'Ggoonsil-nyang' and 'Doom-chit-nyang'.
The song has captivated listeners, entering Melon's 'Top 100' at 76 and soaring to 23 (as of the 9th). It reached the 43rd position on the weekly chart.
Meanwhile, Ailett continues to build momentum with their follow-up track 'Jellyous', set to perform on Mnet's 'M Countdown' on the 10th.
