Adore has appointed Lee Do-kyung as the new CEO.

On the 20th, Adore explained, "We have appointed Lee to strengthen the planning and management system for artist activities such as albums and performances."

Last August, Adore appointed Kim Joo-young as CEO, with the aim of separating production and management to normalize the organization and management through proper human resource allocation.

The board of directors has determined that this goal has been achieved. Now, under Lee's leadership, they will pursue a transition to an operational system that enables quick decision-making and support for artist activities.

Lee joined HYBE (formerly Big Hit Entertainment) in 2019. He has been involved in establishing the company’s vision and business strategy and has promoted various new business initiatives.

In 2022, he served as the deputy head of the IPX division of HYBE Music Group, where he planned projects such as merchandise for affiliated artists, pop-up stores, light stick initiatives, and "THE CITY" project.

Adore emphasized, "With the appointment of Lee, we have established an immediate support system for artist activities and an advanced personnel structure."

Meanwhile, NewJeans is affiliated with Adore. The company is preparing to launch a next-generation boy group, having held a global audition in June.
