National Voices Directly Heard… Presidential Office Launches 'Citizen Mailbox'
The Presidential Office has established a new communication channel to actively reflect the public's opinions in national governance.

The Citizen Mailbox is operated through an online question submission method using Google Forms. It collects questions on various topics regarding national governance, including economy, livelihood, society, politics, foreign relations, and security, as well as opinions on any areas of interest to the public.
In particular, all submitted questions will be reported directly to President Lee Jae-myung, and it has been explained that he will personally respond to opinions that garner significant public consensus or are timely.
