
Kim Dong-hyun from 'AB6IX' appeared in a short-form drama, taking on his first lead role.
On the 30th, Brand New Music announced, "Kim Dong-hyun is starring as the lead in the Always short-form drama, 'Raising a Hikikomori Chaebol.'"
'Raising a Hikikomori Chaebol' is a parenting romance. It tells the story of a man who enters a contract marriage to socialize a reclusive chaebol heir.
Kim Dong-hyun was cast as Hyung-jun, the contract husband. He is employed to help the reclusive heir and showcases delicate expressive power and emotional acting.
He pulled off various styles, from a neat suit to a checkered shirt, oversized sweatshirt, and loungewear, matching different situations.
This is his third attempt at acting. Kim Dong-hyun previously displayed a new charm in the web drama 'Some Convenience Store' and SBS-TV's 'Let Me Be Your Night.'
He is also continuing his main career. AB6IX released their 9th EP 'Born Like This' on the 10th, where he contributed to writing and composing all tracks.
