A woman who ordered a pork cutlet alone at a restaurant inserted 'hair' into her meal and demanded a refund.
An incident occurred where a woman intentionally placed hair into her food and requested a refund while dining alone.
On the 11th, JTBC's 'Incident Officer' shared the story of a tipster, Mr. A, who runs a Western-style restaurant in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
Mr. A mentioned that a few days prior, a female customer wearing a hat came to the restaurant and ordered a 12,000 won pork cutlet.
The issue arose after the food was prepared when the customer continued eating and claimed, "There's hair in it," demanding a refund.

Mr. A, who received the situation through staff communication, refunded the full amount as per the customer's request.
Following this, staff mentioned that "the customer seemed strange from the moment she ordered," prompting Mr. A to review the restaurant's internal CCTV footage, which left him in shock.
According to the CCTV footage, the woman eating her meal moved one hand under the table, looked around cautiously, and placed 'something' she was holding onto the pork cutlet.
Soon after, the woman who was rummaging through her food approached the staff to demand a refund.

After reviewing the footage, Mr. A promptly reported the questionable woman to the police, who stated they would be forwarding the case to the prosecutor's office.
Mr. A expressed, "It's not a large sum, but I wonder if I've unnecessarily escalated the situation," adding, "I'm worried this woman might seek revenge by terrorizing the store with negative reviews later on."
Upon seeing this, netizens reacted with anger, commenting, "Trying to save 12,000 won resulted in some serious education. Congratulations," "Does she think restaurants don't have CCTV?" "She seems young; I wonder why she would do that," and "This isn't the first time she's done something like this."
