The Shocking Truth Revealed by a Husband: Threats and Extortion by the Rapist
The husband came to learn the shocking fact that his beloved wife had been subjected to continuous threats and extortion by her rapist only after she had passed away.
According to JTBC's "Incident Headquarters," on July 1, it was reported that Mr. A and his wife, Ms. B, had registered their marriage last year and were preparing for their wedding.

However, Mr. A faced a tragic situation when he returned home after a trip with his brother, who had just completed his military service, and found Ms. B had already passed away.
At the funeral home, Mr. A heard shocking stories from his wife's friends. They informed him that Ms. B had been continuously threatened and extorted by one of her rapists after having been sexually assaulted in the past.
As a result, Ms. B suffered from extreme stress.
The Full Story of the Sexual Assault and the Rapist's Change
According to relatives, on the night of April 7, 2022, around 11 PM, Ms. B joined a drinking party with a female friend and male friends C and D, whom she had known since high school.

After the female friend left, the two men forcibly took Ms. B to a motel.
Although Ms. B attempted to return home, she was caught by the two men and was sexually assaulted. It was reported that D stopped the assault when Ms. B struggled.
After the incident, Ms. B reported it to the police; however, when the rapist's mother knelt down and apologized, she chose to settle, wanting to "end it quickly."
Ms. B received 15 million won from each of the two men and signed a settlement agreement.

However, after the prosecutor's office decided not to charge the two men, the situation changed drastically. C suddenly turned and began to threaten Ms. B, saying he would file a counterclaim and demanding money.
It was reported that Ms. B ultimately transferred a total of 3.5 million won to C in four installments.
The Final Message from the Wife and the Husband's Resolution
Exhausted to the point of despair, before passing away, Ms. B left a message for her husband saying, "Even if he [C] tries to accuse me of being a gold digger, I have done nothing wrong. I feel wronged," and urged him, "File for annulment and live a new life."
Convinced that her death was due to the two men's rape and C's continued threats, Mr. A expressed his determination to hold C legally accountable. Currently, C has been charged with rape, extortion, and attempted extortion.
