Rock climbing provides an exhilarating experience of becoming one with nature, but it also requires a strict awareness of safety.
It is especially important to wear safety equipment while rock climbing. Helmets protect the head from falling rocks or impacts, harnesses are essential for supporting the body, and climbing shoes provide stable footing on slippery rocks. Additionally, a chalk bag helps to remove sweat from the hands to prevent slipping.
Furthermore, it is essential to check the weather forecast before engaging in outdoor rock climbing.
Rain or snow can make rocks slippery, greatly increasing the danger, so it is crucial to inspect the rock conditions and the areas at risk of falling stones in advance.

Choosing a route that matches one's skill level is also important.
Gradually increasing the difficulty level is the safest approach; rushing to tackle harder routes out of ambition increases the likelihood of injury and accidents.
It is advisable to familiarize oneself with securing, descending, knot-tying, and basic movements through indoor climbing before venturing outdoors.
