BTS’s V has raised expectations for his upcoming new song.

Big Hit Music posted the promotion schedule for V’s new digital single “FRI(END)S” on their official SNS on the 5th. The post included an envelope stamped with the English letter ‘V’.

The schedule for the release of content related to the new song was announced. First, a short film incorporating a message from the new song will be released on the 6th. The first concept photo will be opened on the 8th.

Related content will be unveiled sequentially until the music release date on the 15th. Various promotions are planned, including teaser videos, flash videos, and a music video.

This marks V’s first new song release in about six months. He released his solo debut album “Layover” in September last year, achieving double million seller status in its first week.

A warm reception is anticipated. “Layover” secured the 2nd spot on the Billboard main album chart, the “Billboard 200,” and also hit number one on iTunes Top Albums charts in 65 countries worldwide.
