A 40-Year-Old BJ Caught by Police While Live Streaming Drunk Driving
A 40-year-old female BJ was caught by the police while driving long-distance from Daegu to Busan under the influence of alcohol, broadcasting the entire process live on the internet.
On the 28th, the Busan Police Agency's Highway Patrol announced that they had booked A (in her 40s) without arrest on charges of violating traffic laws (drunk driving).

According to the police investigation, A is suspected of driving her own vehicle from a karaoke room in Daegu to Busan after drinking on the 25th while live streaming the process on the internet.
Upon receiving a report from a citizen watching the live stream, the police quickly sprang into action.
With quick police action, the drunk driving was detected.
To identify A's vehicle, the police subscribed to the broadcast channel and relayed real-time information about her movement to the patrol car on-site.
At around 1:45 PM that same day, a patrol car spotted A's vehicle at the Daejeo Junction, pursued it, and guided it to the Marogoga Bridge in Sasang District, where they stopped the vehicle and got A out.

The result of the breathalyzer test conducted on-site confirmed A's blood alcohol concentration to be at a level requiring a driver's license suspension (between 0.03% and 0.08%). This is a figure that falls under punishable offenses according to traffic law.
A police official emphasized, "Drunk driving is a criminal act that can cause significant harm not only to oneself but also to others, and we will continue to implement active law enforcement."
