According to the released video, a dog tied to a chair quickly dashed between the two parked Benz cars. The chair connected to the dog bumped into the cars as it passed through.

A dangerous moment where an accident could have occurred. Fortunately, the dog was quickly caught by its owner.

While the situation was resolved simply by addressing the damage caused by the chair the dog was dragging, the owner took pictures of the cars and then left the scene.

The chair, which had been dragged out from a shop, was left behind in front of the damaged vehicle.

Meanwhile, according to Article 759 of the Civil Act, which covers the liability of animal keepers, if a companion animal causes damage to others, the owner is responsible for compensating the damages.

As a result, if the owner's negligence in properly controlling the dog is recognized, they must cover all repair costs.
