'BTS' RM expressed his heartfelt emotions toward his fans.

On the 12th, RM wrote on the fan community Weverse, "Hello. To you whom I love and love again. I am (already) thirty." He left this message in celebration of his 30th birthday.

He expressed his gratitude to ARMY (the fandom name), saying, "Thank you so much for the heartfelt congratulations. Do you know that because of you, I am enduring well?"

In his challenging military life, he recalled the teachings of Buddha. "There is a saying in Buddhism. 'Rely on yourself as your own lamp.'"

RM added, "When my heart is uneasy or when anger rises for no reason, I recall this saying," and "There are many things I want to say, but I will leave it with a photo instead."

He promised to meet again. "I will come visit after snow falls, the year changes, the days get warmer, and the cherry blossoms bloom. Please, just stay healthy," he pleaded.

Meanwhile, RM enlisted for active duty in December last year. His discharge date is scheduled for June 10, 2025.
