Singer Baekhyun has achieved the milestone of becoming a million-seller. He has broken the record by surpassing 1 million copies sold with three consecutive solo albums.
Baekhyun released his fourth mini-album, 'Hello, World,' on the 6th. According to Hanteo Chart as of the 10th, the album has accumulated sales of 1,006,717 copies.
It passed 1 million sales within just 5 days of its release. With this, Baekhyun has become a million-seller with three consecutive mini-albums, following his second and third mini-albums.
Baekhyun has already set a personal best for initial sales. 'Hello, World' sold 893,214 copies on the day of its release. This broke the previous initial sales record of 868,000 copies from his past work in less than a day.
The new release includes a total of 6 songs. The title track is 'Pineapple Slice,' and the album also features 'Good Morning,' 'Rendezvous,' 'Cold Heart,' 'Woo,' and 'Truth Be Told.' Fans can experience a variety of genres mixed with Baekhyun's signature R&B style.
This is his solo comeback after 3 years and 6 months. To enjoy the new album with fans, Baekhyun will open a pop-up store on Garosugil in Gangnam, Seoul, from the 7th to the 13th. It will occupy the entire 3rd floor of a building.
Visitors can experience a music room where they can listen to the fourth mini album, a photo booth, MD exhibits, a lucky draw event, and a stamp mission. Visits are only possible through reservations, which have already been fully booked in advance.
