Singer Jeong Sewoon celebrated a special 7th debut anniversary.
Starship Entertainment posted an anniversary image on its official SNS on the 31st. Jeong Sewoon expressed his gratitude to his fans (named ‘Lucky’) on this day.
"I've come this far thanks to the interest and love from Lucky. As time goes by, our moments together feel even more precious," Jeong Sewoon began.
He continued, "Looking back on these seven years, there have been many events like performances and album releases. Though I've gained some experience, I believe there is still much more to achieve."
He also set a goal. "I hope to meet Lucky through more opportunities. Thank you for all your support and love. I will continue to do my best and work hard," he added.
The anniversary image read, "The seven years so far, and the future Guess who with LUCKY." Consonants connected to Jeong Sewoon were also used, generating anticipation.
Jeong Sewoon made his solo debut in 2017. True to his reputation as an all-rounder singer-songwriter, he has been participating in composing and writing lyrics for each album he releases, building his own musical identity.
Recently, he was named in Billboard's "The 20 Best K-Pop Albums of 2024 So Far: Staff Picks."
He is a leading figure for drama OSTs, enhancing the immersion of the drama with his sweet voice and rich expressiveness. He has also appeared on various festival stages, interacting with audiences.
He successfully completed his solo concert ‘DIY’. During the two-hour performance, he delivered impeccable live performances and received praise for his outstanding instrumental skills, in addition to singing.
Jeong Sewoon will appear at the '6th Slow Life Slow Live 2024' held at the 88 Lawn Yard in Olympic Park on October 13th. The festival will take place from the 11th to the 13th.
