Actor Go Soo will become a parole officer.
On the 29th, the production team of tvN's new Monday-Tuesday drama 'Inspector Lee Hanshin for Parole' (script by Park Chi-hyung, directed by Yoon Sang-ho) released the 'Parole Poster'. It features Go Soo's playful expression.
The phrase on the poster is symbolic. It warns of a fierce defense against parole with the phrase, “Absolutely against parole for rotten and immoral people.” He will play a key role in the fight against villains.
Go Soo has perfectly transformed into lawyer Lee Hanshin. Hanshin becomes a parole officer to prevent those who have not paid their debt to society from being released on parole.
He acts as a judge within the prison, becoming the final arbiter of the inmates' fate regarding parole. His confident pose biting on 'parole' hinted at the realization of justice.
The production team described Hanshin as “a pragmatic hero who foils the parole attempts of morally bankrupt criminals through his unique methods that blur the lines between legality and illegality."
They added, “He takes action against people who have no intention of repenting and are only eager to get out of prison quickly. Please look forward to Lee Hanshin’s actions."
Meanwhile, 'Inspector Lee Hanshin for Parole' is a crime drama. It tells the story of a lawyer who becomes a parole officer and a detective from the regional investigation unit working together. It is set to premiere in October.
