Boy group Golden Child will reorganize into a 7-member team.

Woollim Entertainment announced on the 27th, "We recently renewed contracts with five members: Lee Jang-jun, Bae Seung-min, Bong Jae-hyun, Kim Dong-hyun, and Hong Joo-chan."

Renewals with TAG, Kim Ji-bum, and Choi Bo-min have not been successful. "After in-depth discussions with the three members, we have regrettably decided to conclude our management contracts with them as of today," the agency added.

Going forward, Golden Child will continue their activities as a 7-member group, including Lee Dae-yeol and Y. The agency stated, "We ask for your unreserved support and encouragement for the seven members of Golden Child."

Golden Child debuted as a 10-member group on August 28, 2017. Recently, Hong Joo-chan and Lee Dae-yeol have ventured into musical theater, and Bong Jae-hyun appeared in the drama 'Jopokgo'.
