NCT's Jaehyun is debuting as a solo artist. Jaehyun will release his first album, 'J,' on the 26th. The music video for the title track, 'Smoke,' will also be simultaneously released on the SMTOWN YouTube channel and other platforms.

The album includes a total of 8 tracks, featuring both Korean and English versions of 'Smoke.' It offers a glimpse into Jaehyun's unique emotional signature. He personally introduced the album, describing it as "an album perfect for late afternoons at sunset to dawn right before sunrise," raising expectations.

The title track 'Smoke' is a hip-hop R&B song. Over a rhythmic bass line, groovy vocals and rich guitar riffs harmonize perfectly. The music video is distinctive, depicting the story of Jaehyun falling deeply into narcissism and heading toward an extreme. The music's deep mood and weightiness, combined with the tension-building direction, make for a compelling watch.

Jaehyun will also host a listening session. The session, titled 'Jaehyun Vol.1,' will take place five times between 11 AM and 6 PM. He will also offer drinks he personally made, matched to the album's concept. It's an opportunity to experience the new emotional landscape of Jaehyun.
